Warehouse Employee Jumbo DC

As a part-time logistics employee at Jumbo's distribution center in Beilen, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth processing of returned goods. Working in a dynamic two-shift system, you’ll contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient logistics operation. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to keep the workspace safe and clean.

• Sorting crates, bottles, and cans according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Scanning and processing returned products.
• Checking return flows and ensuring smooth processing.
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
• Supporting the grocery department with order-picking activities when required.
  
  You will work in a two-shift system with the following working hours:
  • 06:00:15:00 
  • 15:00-00:00

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99, increasing to €15.21 after 288 hours worked.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Part-time work with flexible hours between 8 and 24 per week, tailored to your availability.
• Generous shift allowances: 35% after 6:00 PM, 50% after 10:00 PM, and 25% on Saturdays.
• 10% discount on groceries at Jumbo stores, plus access to affordable meals in the company cafeteria.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance (pro rata) to support a healthy work-life balance.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Physically fit to stack and move crates.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and teamwork.

You will be working at Jumbo's distribution center in Beilen, which supplies supermarkets throughout the northern Netherlands on a daily basis.
