Truck driver Zwolle

As a truck driver at DHL eCommerce, you are responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to business customers. You will be based in Zwolle and play an important role in ensuring that daily logistics operations run smoothly. You will work alternating afternoon/evening and night shifts, providing excellent service both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. You are preferably available full-time (Monday to Friday). A 4-day working week is negotiable.

What you will be doing as a truck driver:

• Every day, you will visit 10 to 15 addresses during the afternoon-evening shift, mainly business customers.
• You will also collect shipments from customers.
• During the night shift, you will mainly commute between the various DHL eCommerce depots.
• You will load and unload your truck independently using an EPT.
• You will have the freedom to determine your own route, taking into account any time slots.
• You will work afternoon-evening shifts and night shifts (schedule to be determined in consultation).

Working hours:
🕑 Afternoon-evening shifts start around 2:00 p.m. and end around midnight.
🕣 Night shifts start around 8:00 p.m. and end around 5:00 a.m.

💰 Gross salary of €2700 to €3200 per month for full-time employment (amount depending on experience).
📝 Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
➕ 25% bonus from 8 p.m. and 30% bonus from midnight.
🚗 Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one way).
⏰ Working week of 32 to 40 hours.
🤝 Extensive induction program under the guidance of a mentor.
🏖️ 8.33% vacation pay, accrual of leave hours, and pension.
🎓 Further training for Code 95 via Easy Way Transport.

✔️ You have a valid CE driver's license with Code 95.
✔️ You have a valid tachograph card.
✔️ You are fluent in Dutch or English.
✔️ You are presentable and customer-friendly.
✔️ You are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
✔️ You live within a radius of max. 40 km around Zwolle.
