Parcel Delivery Driver DHL Express

As Parcel Delivery Driver DHL Express, you deliver parcels safely and on time to business and private customers. You start your day at the DHL Express depot in Utrecht, where you prepare your route and load the delivery van independently. Accuracy, service and efficient driving are central throughout the day.

In this role you work four days per week with no weekend shifts. The working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, providing clear structure in your schedule. Parcel Delivery Driver DHL Express combines independent work on the road with regular customer contact and practical logistics tasks.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Delivering 50 to 80 addresses per day to business and private customers
• Independently loading the delivery van and organising shipments efficiently
• Planning and driving a fixed route with support from a route app during the initial period
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Ensuring the delivery van remains clean, safe and well organised

This position is offered on a temporary contract with prospects for the future. Parcel Delivery Driver DHL Express is a practical role for those who enjoy being on the road, working independently and keeping deliveries running smoothly throughout the day.

• Gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, based on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek of 24–36 hours, between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance and 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB)
• 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a certificate of conduct (VOG).
• Reside within 40KM near Utrecht.
• Available 3–4 days per week, 08:00–19:00.
• Comfortable delivering 50–80 parcels daily with precision.
