As a logistics operator at DHL Freight, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods at our modern terminal in Houten. From loading and unloading trucks to scanning shipments and organizing the warehouse, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to meet daily goals while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

What You Will Do As logistics operator:

• Loading and unloading trucks to ensure smooth operations.
• Moving goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other tools.
• Scanning shipments and verifying their accuracy.
• Organizing and securing goods for transport to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily targets in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts).

• An hourly wage starting from €15.61
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• A full-time role of 40 hours per week
• 30% shift allowance for work after 6:00 PM and 00:00 AM
• Work at a modern and well-equipped terminal in Houten
• Quick feedback on your application within 24 hours on working days

• You have a valid forklift certificate.
• You have experience in a logistics environment.
• You live near Houten, Nieuwegein, or Utrecht.
• You can perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
• You are available for rotating 3-shift schedules.
