Logistics Employee Parttime

As a logistics employee at DHL Freight in Houten, you’ll be an essential part of the team ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and reach their destinations on time. This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, combining physical tasks with the use of equipment like an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). Your responsibilities as Logistics Employee include:

• Loading and unloading trucks at the terminal to keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspecting, scanning, and processing shipments with precision and care.
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to move goods safely within the warehouse.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Following all safety and quality procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Available shifts:

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and/or 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM

• A gross hourly salary of €15.61, excluding shift allowances of up to 50% for specific shifts.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• A part-time role with flexible hours ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week, tailored to your availability.
• Work in a modern and safe warehouse environment with a diverse and supportive team.
• Opportunities for skill development, including training on Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) operations.
• Free on-site parking and convenient accessibility by car.

• Available for flexible shifts, 8-24 hours weekly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg.
• Experience with Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) preferred.
• Residing in or near Houten, with own transportation.
• Comfortable with on-call or zero-hours contracts.
