Driver Loader

As a C Driver Loader – Commercial Waste, you contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable Utrecht region.
You drive safely through busy streets and industrial areas, emptying containers at various business clients together with a colleague. You work on fixed routes, but no two days are the same.

What will you do?

• Start your day at 06:45 at the depot in Utrecht with a cup of coffee and a brief team meeting
• Drive the day’s route together with your colleague, taking turns driving and loading
• Empty wheeled containers at clients such as supermarkets, offices, shops, and campsites
• Chat with customers along the way and ensure a clean and efficient route
• Head to a processing facility or landfill to unload when the truck is full
• Support colleagues with their routes when yours is complete
• Return to the depot between 15:00 and 16:30 to report any special observations to the team leader

• Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Goods Transport (CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer), scale D, between €17.30 and €19.46 gross per hour
• Allowances and compensation in accordance with the CAO
• Travel expense reimbursement as per the CAO for Professional Goods Transport
• Temporary contract through Easy Way Transport with the prospect of a permanent position upon good performance
• Pension accrual from your first working day
• Flexible working hours: full-time (40 hours) or part-time (from 24 hours per week)
• 8.33% holiday allowance and accrual of paid leave
• Professional guidance and a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere
• Code 95 refresher training fully arranged

• You have a valid C driving license, Code 95, and a valid tachograph card
• You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week, either part-time or full-time
• You are physically fit and able to actively assist with loading
• You have a collegial and team-oriented attitude
• You live within a 40 km radius of Utrecht
