Driver C Loader Commercial Waste

Become a driver-loader and join a dedicated team collecting commercial waste from shops, offices, and campsites in the Utrecht region. You’ll drive fixed routes and alternate between driving and loading, combining daily structure with variety.

Your workday at a glance:

• Start at 06:45 at the depot in Utrecht
• Divide tasks with your colleagues for the day
• Take a break around midday — either on the road or in the canteen
• Alternate roles and complete the route
• Return to the depot between 15:00 and 16:30
• Finish with a short evaluation

You work Monday to Friday, with part-time options starting from 3 days per week.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,782 and €3,385 (based on a 40-hour workweek), according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Goods Transport
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km one way)
• Immediate pension accrual through StiPP, including holiday pay and leave entitlements
• Full-time temporary contract via Easy Way Transport, with the prospect of a permanent contract based on good performance
• Opportunities for additional training or renewal of your Code 95 certification
• Pleasant working atmosphere in a close-knit and stable team where colleagues have been happily working together for years

• You hold a valid C driving license, Code 95, and a valid tachograph card
• You are physically fit and available to work 24 to 40 hours per week
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and understood
• You live within 40 kilometers of Utrecht
• Experience with automated route planning is a plus
