Delivery Driver Parcel

As a delivery driver at DHL Express, you play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their parcels on time and in perfect condition. Starting your day at the depot in Nieuw-Vennep, you’ll be responsible for delivering packages with precision and a strong focus on service. With no weekend shifts and fixed working hours between 08:00 and 19:00, this role offers a great balance between work and personal life. Your contribution directly supports DHL’s mission to connect people and improve lives worldwide.

• Delivering 50 to 80 parcels daily to both businesses and private customers.
• Loading your delivery van independently and organizing it for efficient delivery routes.
• Planning and navigating your route, with initial support from a route-planning app.
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing DHL Express with professionalism.

• An hourly wage between €15.96 and €20.75, based on experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A flexible workweek of 24 to 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• Pension accrual, 8.33% holiday allowance, and paid leave hours.
• Structured routes and modern tools for efficient deliveries.

• Valid driver's license B with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Available 4–5 days per week, between 08:00–19:00.
• Physically fit and skilled in customer-focused communication.
• Eligible to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
• Resides within 40 km of Nieuw-Vennep, e.g., Hoofddorp.
