Delivery Driver DHL Express

As a delivery driver at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you are the face of our organization. You ensure that packages arrive on time and in perfect condition at our customers' locations. With a mix of customer focus, efficiency, and precision, you contribute to our mission of delivering excellent service. You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your workweek to your lifestyle.Your responsibilities:

• Delivery: You deliver packages safely and on time, always with a smile for every customer.
• Route planning: You optimize your daily routes to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Customer interaction: You represent DHL in a professional manner and build positive relationships with customers.
• Package handling: You carefully handle various shipments, including packages up to 30 kg.
• Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues to create a productive and inclusive work environment.

• Hourly wage between €15.65 and €20.35, depending on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible workweek ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
• 50% bonus for working on Saturdays.
• 10% vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay.
• Immediate participation in our pension plan from day one.

Are you an experienced and customer-focused driver who enjoys working flexibly and wants to contribute to a sustainable and innovative team? Then we’re looking for you!

• A valid category B driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience
• Previous experience as a courier within the Netherlands
• Available for at least 16 hours per week, including Fridays
• A customer-oriented mindset and proactive work attitude
• Physically able to lift packages up to 30 kg
• Able to provide a certificate of conduct (VOG)
