Delivery Driver DHL Express

As a delivery driver at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Delivery execution: ensure timely and secure delivery of packages, providing an exceptional service experience for each customer.
• Route planning: optimize daily delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Customer interaction: engage with customers professionally, fostering positive relationships and representing the DHL brand with integrity.
• Parcel handling: manage a variety of shipments with care, including packages up to 30 kg.
• Teamwork: collaborate effectively with a diverse team, supporting a productive and inclusive work environment.

• Hourly wage range: €15.65 to €20,35 based on experience.
• Temporary contract with prospects of permanency.
• Flexible 16-40 hours work week, adapting to your life.
• Additional 50% pay for Saturdays, enhancing earnings.
• Generous 10% vacation days plus 8.33% holiday allowance.
• Immediate pension plan participation from day one.

• Valid B driver's license with 2+ years driving
• Prior courier experience within the Netherlands
• Availability for 16+ hours weekly, including Fridays
• Strong customer service skills and proactive approach
• Able to lift and handle up to 30 kg loads
• being able to apply for a certificate of good conduct
